We help low-income individuals overcome barriers to employment, gain valuable work skills and employment in high-demand fields to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
We empower people who have some disabilities with on-the-job training work experience to learn work skills, often leading to direct employment.
We connect low-income individuals and people with some disabilities with hiring employer partners to obtain satisfying careers.
We equip people with some disabilities and low-income people with the knowledge and skills needed to start and manage their own businesses to build confidence, create jobs and economic development.
