Our job placement services are designed to help low income high school graduating students and college
graduating students overcome barriers to employment and secure fulfilling and meaningful careers.

These services go beyond simply matching you with jobs by connecting you to employers and job leads.
We specialize in finding you a career fit to use your gifts and make a difference in the world. 

Student Youth Employment Program

Summer Youth Employment program provides low-income and underserved youth- high students ages 12-18 with paid work experience at local employers, work readiness training, work skills development, career counseling and coaching services in the North Texas area.

Summer Earn & Learn Program

The Summer Earn & Learn program provides students with disabilities ages 14-22 with work readiness training and paid work experience. Summer Earn & Learn is a statewide strategy that includes employability skills training and paid work experience for students with disabilities.
