Requirements:
- High School Student ages 14-18 Years Old
- Resides within North Texas
- Able To Work 20hours Per Week
- Able to Work For 5 Weeks
- Work at Local Employer
- Obtain a Certificate of Age Form

- Interactive online workshops designed for self-discovery, helping students identify their interests, gifts, and passions, and align them with God’s purpose for their lives.
- Guided by a dedicated career specialist, fostering a deeper understanding of career goals through a biblical lens.
- Career Exploration: In-depth exploration of career options, occupational research, and identification of potential career paths.
- Goal Setting: Development of realistic and achievable career goals.
- Action Planning: Creation of strategic action plans outlining steps for education, training, job search, and career development.
- Barrier Identification and Problem-Solving: Proactive identification and resolution of potential employment barriers.
- 5 Weeks, 1 Hour/Week, Online

Personalized matching of student skills and interests with employer needs.
Comprehensive support throughout the placement process, including phone, text, email communication, and in-person school orientation.
5-week paid work placement.
On-Site Work Readiness Training
On-site training and coaching delivered by experienced job trainers at the youth’s worksites.
Development of essential workplace skills, including:
