Chief Executive Officer
Kim Collins
I currently lead the development and implementation of career development programs and strategic planning for our organization.
My background includes 20 years of counseling experience at non-profit organizations and in Los Angeles, following my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach.
I then transitioned into professional coaching for 5 years, working with women, college students in a university, and employees at their work site.
Subsequently, I founded a successful international online coaching program, training coaches, therapists, and social workers to become certified professionals.
For the past 3 years, I’ve found deep satisfaction in training individuals with disabilities in work skills, job searching, and job retention, empowering them to fulfill their life purpose.
